Terms and conditions of usage

China Suppliers and Manufacturers is a wholly-owned website subsidiary of British Information based in England. The agreement comes into effect once you have registered on this site. If you continue using this site after reading this agreement, it is understood as a sign of acceptance of the laid down Terms of Usage from your side. Usage qualifications

The contents and the services of the site can be accessed by individuals or a body that can sign contracts of the binding force of law. The Site does not offer services to the Users who are under 18 or those whose registration has been terminated by the Site temporarily or indefinably. Once registered and having used the services of this site, you cannot transfer or sell your account and your credit valuation.

Registration Responsibility

The User should provide accurate information which may include fields such as name, company name, nation, telephone number, email, address, etc. It is in your interest to regularly update your registration information. It becomes the sole responsibility of the User for the filled in registration data and the whole eventuation caused by the date. Furthermore the User data should not:

1. Be of a fallacious, inaccurate, insufficient or ambiguous nature.
2. Be an infringement of any copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or third party exclusivity rights.
3. Be an accusation (business/personal), a threat or any form of harassment which can be termed as illegal.
4. Be a violation of any trade laws or regulations (both the Chinese and the British judiciaries)

6. Transmit files that contain malicious software which may damage the operations of China Suppliers and Manufacturer's or a third party's hardware, software or telecommunication equipment.

The site reserves the right to end your User membership if the above appear to have been violated.

Security of account numbers and passwords

The account numbers and the password which are required for logging in are allocated to you after your registration with the site, and they become your full responsibility. These may not be transferred, rented or sold under any circumstances. After every session with the site, please make sure to log out in order to avoid misuse by potential fraudsters. If you suspect a fraudulent usage of your account, please inform China Suppliers and Manufacturer immediately. This is only to avoid further damage to your business transactions. The company, however, is not obliged to compensate the loss borne by the user in such an eventuality.

Intellectual Property

China Suppliers and Manufacturers is the sole owner or the lawful licensee of all titles, rights and interests to the Site and the content. The content on the site and the business secrets therein are protected by the applicable global intellectual property rights and copyright laws. It is strictly prohibitive to modify, copy or to publish any content from the China Suppliers and Manufacturers' website.

Liability limitations

Indemnification Agreement

User shall agree to indemnify China Suppliers and Manufacturers, its associates and employees from any and all losses, claims, liabilities and legal costs which may arise from User's breach of any agreements and warranties made by the User to China Suppliers and Manufacturers.

User shall agree to indemnify China Suppliers and Manufacturers, its associates and employees from any and all losses, claims, liabilities and legal costs which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims averred by Third Party Rights' claimants or any other third parties relating to products offered or displayed on the Site.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

China Suppliers and Manufacturers and the User agree to solve any controversies which may arise during the tenure of the service through friendly discussion. If the disagreement remains even after the parley, a court arbitrator can be approached. The site is under the jurisdiction of the British Judiciary.
